Ava Jolliffe is an artist based in Lancashire, UK, whose vibrant, digital artwork is receiving increasing public attention and praise. In 2020, Ava became the youngest artist to be exhibited at her local art gallery, the Garstang Arts Centre, and her artwork is currently on display at The Larder in Preston, UK. Ava won the 2021 Public Vote at the Harris Open, a popular annual exhibition of artistic talent.
Ava has been drawing throughout her life, originally with pen and paper, but now making use of digital media, working on an iPad Pro. She is profoundly Deaf and registered blind, and describes her artwork as a communication tool, giving her voice and expressing emotion.
